These terms apply to all offers, orders and agreements via Westernstore.be. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.
All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT. Shipping costs are clearly displayed before checkout. Obvious errors do not bind Westernstore.be.
The contract is concluded once an order confirmation has been sent. Orders may be refused or cancelled in case of stock shortages, pricing errors or suspected fraud.
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times are indicative. If delivery exceeds 30 days, the consumer may cancel the order free of charge.
Consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days after receiving the product.
Exceptions:
customized or personalized products
sealed hygiene products once opened
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.
A 2-year legal warranty applies in accordance with Belgian law.
Liability is limited to the invoice amount, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Belgian law applies. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Belgian courts.
